🇬🇧 ENGLISH VERSION | Apartamento Santa Pola

Location:

The apartment is located at calle Ávila, 55. Santa Pola (PC: 03130).

It’s a detached house, which is between another house and the stairs.

Access to the house

In order to collect the apartment keys, you have to enter the house patio and go to the main door.

On the right side, you’ll find a security box with a set of keys inside. The code to open that box will be sent to you by Whatsapp the day before your booking.

Inside the apartment you’ll find another set of keys next to the TV.

When you are leaving the house, you should close the main door using the keys. One set of keys SHOULD REMAIN INTO THE HOUSE, the other one SHOULD BE INTO THE SECURITY BOX.

KITCHEN TABLE

In the kitchen you’ll find a table with 6 chairs. Besides, you can find a baby highchair in case you need it.

You can extend the table with a wooden board that you’ll find under it.

INTERNET CONNECTION

You have internet connection with a company called LOWI. The name of the network is “SercommBB5323” and the password (all upper case) UUTLHR2S9CUKHXB7 [you can also find this information on the router]

VIDEOGAMES

Next to the TV you’ll find a Wii and an Xbox 360. In the cupboard below them you can find the controllers and games, controllers may need new batteries sometimes, as they could have been not used for a long time.

That way, youngers can enjoy themselves and play some videogames in family.

Besides, you’ll find some boardgames at the top. You should keep them net and tidy but they are there for you to enjoy. HELP YOURSELF.

COFFEE MACHINE

In the kitchen there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as some courtesy capsules.

To use it, introduce the capsule, and when it stops flicking and turns to green, turn the handle on the top to the left (hot water). It does not stop automatically, so turn the handle back to the central possition when you wish to stop your coffee.

WASHING MACHINE

Switch the washing machine on setting the program with the roulette. On the digital display we’ll see the time for each program, temperatura and spin velocity. We can change those by using the bottons underneath.

BOILER

There is a gas boiler at the apartment. It should be open on your arrivle, but it’s posible, especially for long stays, that you have to change the bottle for a new one.

CEILING FAN

You will find a ceiling fan in every room. They work with the light switch. Normally, when you get to the house, the switch will only tun on the room light.

In the house you'll find two different types of fans:

At the main room, the oldest. It works with the light switch, but you will need to pull the chain (right on the photo). There are different speeds each time you pull it.

If you wish to use the fan at night, once you have it working, pull the other chain (left on the photo) to turn on the light.

The other two are more modern and work with a remote contoller. Again, with the light switch the light should be on and with the controller you will be able of switching on the fan, choose the speed and adjust the light level/colour.
